iFOAM Field - Privacy Policy

Overview

iFOAM Field is a field crew management app operated by NA Insulation Services, INC ("iFOAM Huntsville"). This app is intended for internal business use by iFOAM employees and contractors.

Information We Collect

The app collects the following information to support field operations:

• Location Data: GPS coordinates are recorded when crew members clock in and out at job sites. This is used to verify attendance at job locations.
• Photos and Videos: Media captured through the app is used to document job site conditions (pre-install and closeout). Media is uploaded to our job management system (ServiceTitan).
• Usage Data: Job checklist completion status and timestamps are recorded to track workflow progress.
• Login Credentials: First name and PIN are used for app authentication. These are stored locally on the device.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely for managing daily field operations, tracking job completion and crew attendance, documenting job site conditions, and internal team communication.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. Data is shared only with ServiceTitan (job management), Slack (team communication), and Cloudflare (app hosting).

Data Storage

Data is stored on Cloudflare Workers KV (checklist states), ServiceTitan (job data and media), and Slack (chat messages). Login credentials are stored locally on your device only.

Data Retention

Job-related data is retained for business record-keeping. Checklist data is retained for 30 days. Chat messages follow Slack's standard retention policies.

Your Rights

As an employee or contractor, you may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting your supervisor or the company directly.
